1. Membership Policy
1.1 Greek Sun Virtual Airlines reserves the right to cancel pilot membership if deemed necessary, without prior notice but with an explanation.
1.2 The airline may perform random checks on your IVAO account to validate flights.
1.3 A valid IVAO pilot VID is required upon registration.
1.4 You may terminate your membership at any time via written notice (email). Your flight data and profile may be permanently deleted.
1.5 If you wish to rejoin after termination, you may create a new account.
1.6 Staff members who resign or are removed lose admin rights but not flight hours.
1.7 You must be at least 16 years old to register.
1.8 Emails that bounce will result in immediate rejection.
1.9 For absences longer than one month, a Leave of Absence (LoA) is required.
1.10 An active IVAO account is required.
1.11 The minimum rejoin period after deletion due to inactivity is 6 months.
1.12 The maximum allowed IVAO suspension history is 3.
2. Flight Policy
2.1 You must submit your first PIREP within 3 days of approval.
2.2 At least one flight every 30 days is required to keep your account active.
2.3 Only hours earned on approved company flights may be logged.
2.4 The official callsign is 'GREEK SUN' + pilot ID.
2.5 Pilots may log hours only on company aircraft and routes.
2.6 All PIREPs are manually reviewed for errors.
2.7 Extended AFK flying is not allowed.
3. Communications & Privacy Policy
3.1 We may use your email for membership-related updates.
3.2 Your email will not be used for third‑party marketing.
3.3 You must maintain an active and valid email address.
3.4 Management may monitor communication channels for compliance.
4. Conduct Policy
4.1 Abusive or inappropriate language is prohibited.
4.2 Disciplinary actions may be applied.
4.3 Insults, threats, and harassment are prohibited.
4.4 Pornographic or obscene content is prohibited.
4.5 Violations may result in suspension or removal.
4.6 Advertising other VAs on the forum is prohibited.
4.7 All users must be treated with respect.
4.8 The forum is not a place for disputes.
5. Disciplinary Policy
5.1 The airline follows a 'two‑strike' policy.
5.2 For a violation, an official warning is issued.
5.3 After a warning, a 7‑day suspension is applied.
5.4 On a second violation, the account is permanently terminated.
5.5 Severe violations may result in immediate removal.
5.6 There is a right to appeal.
5.7 Warnings are stored indefinitely in the database.
6. Forum Policy
6.1 Signature images must not exceed 500x100 pixels.
7. Other Terms & Conditions
7.1 The airline may change the terms without notice.
7.2 The owner has the final say on all matters.
7.3 Advertisements on the forum are not related to the airline.
